Richard and Justin were married on a beautiful Spring day at the exquisite Pale Hall near Bala. The brief was to create natural shots of the day, alongside a few more formal group images. The clients booked our four-hour Stellar package to make sure that all the main elements of the day were captured, from the grooms getting ready to afternoon tea. We were paricularly glad to see that the property's bluebell wood was in full bloom on the day!
Here is just a small selection of the images we created for the couple:
One of the great things about Pale Hall is the range of locations for wedding photography. The ceremony room itself is very dramatic, but also has lots of light to capture the ceremony perfectly. Then, in case the weather is inclement, there are plenty of seating areas around the Hall's interior, plus the grand wooden staircase.
If the sun's shining, the grounds of Pale Hall provide even more scope for great photographs. There are elegant seating areas on the lawns and a large gravel area at the front of the Hall for group photographs. We also like using the front doors of the Hall as a backdrop for a portrait of the couple on their own. And then, of course, there's the lake, the woods and the wonderful view to the hills.
